中欧班列、中俄中亚线路，比海运快、比空运省：快线 12–15 天，常规 18–25 天，适合欧洲内陆与独联体国家。 China–Europe and China–Central Asia block trains: faster than sea, cheaper than air, ideal for inland Europe and CIS markets.
小件、样单、急件，门到门 3–7 天，按实重与体积重取大计费。 Small parcels, samples and urgent documents. Door-to-door in 3–7 days, charged on the greater of actual or volumetric weight.
出口报关、买单报关、目的港双清含税派送。敏感货与特殊监管条件，先确认可行性再报价。 Export declaration, customs brokerage and DDP delivery at destination. For sensitive goods or special requirements, feasibility is confirmed before quoting.

常见卡点：ISF(10+2) 须装船前 24 小时申报；FBA 不作清关收货人，进口抬头须用你的 Bond/EIN；FNSKU 贴标与预约送仓要提前安排。
我们的处理：ISF 申报节点我来盯；进口抬头与 Bond 出货前核验；头程直送或海外仓补仓，按你的销售节奏选。
Watch for: ISF (10+2) filed 24h before loading; FBA is not the importer of record — your Bond/EIN is; FNSKU labeling and warehouse appointments need lead time. How it's handled: I track ISF timing, verify the importer record and Bond up front, and choose direct FBA or warehouse restocking by your sales rhythm.
常见卡点：DDP 需你的 EORI/VAT 号；德国 B2C 要 LUCID 包装法注册（电子电池类另加 WEEE）；法国要 Triman 标与 EPR 号；150 欧以下包裹免税已取消，直邮小包成本大增。
我们的处理：DDP 税号出货前核验；EPR 注册有没有先问清再报价；木制品涉 EUDR 溯源提前备文件；时效按红海绕行口径写清；低值电商货建议整柜前置备货 + 波兰仓履约。
Watch for: DDP needs your EORI/VAT; Germany B2C requires LUCID packaging registration (plus WEEE for electronics/batteries); France requires Triman + EPR; the sub-€150 parcel duty exemption is gone, so direct-to-consumer parcels cost far more. How it's handled: tax IDs verified before shipping, EPR status asked before quoting, EUDR documents prepared early, transit quoted on the Cape routing, and low-value e-commerce goods routed via bulk stock-forwarding plus Poland warehouse fulfilment.
常见卡点：SWIFT 收汇受制裁影响；多数机电品需 EAC（CU-TR）认证；芯片、无人机等涉两用物项管制；班列快线 12–15 天、常规 18–25 天。
我们的处理：收汇走专门结算通道（人民币等多路径），先定收款再定舱；EAC 认证协助办理；管制编码出货前逐项核对，旺季提前锁舱位。
Watch for: SWIFT payments under sanctions; EAC (CU-TR) certification for most machinery; dual-use export controls on chips/drones; rail express 12–15 days, standard 18–25 days. How it's handled: settlement via a dedicated channel (RMB and other routes) — payment path fixed before booking; EAC certification assisted; control codes checked item by item; space locked early in peak season.

订舱、拖车、报关，装柜与放行节点回传给你。We book space, arrange trucking and customs, then send loading and release updates.
开船、到港、清关、派送，每步都主动同步。Sailing, arrival, clearance, delivery — each milestone pushed to you without asking.
签收后单据归档，费用一次结清，返单可复用。Signed delivery, documents archived, charges settled — repeat orders reuse the file.
报价前先核实船期、舱位和目的港费用，报的数在有效期内认，过期重新确认，不中途加项。 Schedules, space and destination charges are checked before quoting. The number holds for its stated validity — re-confirmed after that, never padded in between.
船期变了、查验了、到港了，我先告诉你，不等你来问。 Schedule changes, inspections, arrivals — you hear it from me first, not after chasing.
提单、装箱单、发票、报关单按顺序整理，需要哪份直接给。 B/L, packing list, invoice and declaration organised and ready whenever you need them.
市场上永远有人报得比我低，但低价背后常常是低报瞒报、目的港的意外账单和出事后的失联。 我更愿意把话说在报价里：该申报的申报，该确认的确认，费用一次写清。 货安安稳稳到手上，才是真正的省。 Someone will always quote lower. Low numbers often hide under-declaration, surprise destination charges, and silence when something goes wrong. I would rather be upfront: declare what should be declared, confirm what should be confirmed, and put every fee in writing. A cargo that arrives safe and clean is the real saving.
按实际品名、数量、金额申报，不做低报瞒报；明知违规的货，加价也不接。 Declared as shipped — real names, quantities and values. No under-declaration, no risky cargo at any price.
带电、液体、粉末、品牌、食品接触类货物，先确认航线可收再报价，不赌运气上船。 Batteries, liquids, powders, branded or food-contact goods: feasibility is confirmed before quoting — never gamble with a sailing.
提单、报关单、装箱单逐票归档，任何时候都对得上账、查得到源。 B/L, customs declaration and packing list archived per shipment — traceable whenever you need them.
时效波动、查验概率、目的港费用，报价时就写明白，不等到出了事才解释。 Transit variability, inspection odds and destination charges are written into the quote — explained before they happen, not after.
这一行客户真正怕的，不是运费贵，而是货出去了没人管、出了问题找不到人。 我的做法很简单：一票货一个人跟到底，从你发来询价那一刻起，到目的港签收为止，中间不换人、不甩单。 What clients fear in freight is not the rate — it is cargo moving with nobody accountable. So I keep it simple: one shipment, one person, from your first inquiry to signed delivery. No handovers, no passing you around.
